Water-damaged ceilings/Fall 2006

Noticing small wet spots on the ceiling? Hoot's repaired such a ceiling located in a bathroom.
Things to consider when you notice such a spot: is it below a bathroom or water lines, has the spot continued to expand or grow, is it soft to the touch? The only to find and correct wet spots is to expose it to the light of day. This may mean cutting a hole in the ceiling, fixing the necessary plumbing and then re-drywalling. The ceiling can then be retextured so no surigcal scars remain.

Flat Roof/July 2006

We fixed a flat roof this summer. Most problems with flat roofs occur around the chimney area. Repair to a flat roof usually takes 2-3 days. Other minor repairs were done so this house could be put on the market. Any small repairs such as painting, patching holes etc.. done to a house can improve market value and help it sell quicker.

July 2006 - The Beginning

We (Mitch and Roanna) started this business after considering job disatisfaction, drive time, want to serve community and church and spend more time with our children. Mitch had been doing lawn care and other small projects on the side so we decided it would be an easy transition into a small business venture. Our mission in life is to obtain a standard of living that would allow us to provide for our family with the goal to have excess to help others. Come along with us and we will see what God can do.
